Dr. Rosye Rosaria Zaena, SE., M.Si., Ak., CA., CPRM., CAVP
is an academic, practitioner, and leader with extensive experience in accounting, risk management, and asset valuation. She holds a Doctorate in Accounting Science from Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD) and is an internationally certified accountant. With over 15 years of experience in academia since 2008, Dr. Rosye has dedicated herself to higher education. Her leadership career began in 2010 when she was appointed Head of the Study Program, followed by her role as Director of the Research and Development Institute in 2015. She currently serves as the Director of Politeknik Mercusuar Ilmu, an educational institution committed to advancing knowledge and skills for future generations. Beyond academia, Dr. Rosye plays a significant role in organizational leadership. She is the Chairperson of the Mercusuar Ilmu Foundation and the President of ANUWAS (Amanah Nusantara Waskita), an organization focused on community empowerment and cooperative-based economic development. Her involvement in social initiatives extends beyond organizational leadership to direct community engagement. Dr. Rosye actively participates in various community empowerment programs, particularly in enhancing the capacity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). She also holds a key role in Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), where she is actively engaged in social and religious activities. With a strong academic background, extensive managerial experience, and a deep commitment to community empowerment, Dr. Rosye Rosaria Zaena continues to make a positive impact on education, the economy, and society in Indonesia..

is a graduate of Sundanese Literature from Padjadjaran University with extensive experience in various fields, including construction, online marketing, and cultural preservation. Despite his literary background, he has successfully built a career in the construction industry with expertise in project management, supervision, and development planning. Additionally, he is proficient in digital marketing strategies, social media management, and content creation to enhance branding and sales. As a cultural enthusiast, he actively engages in cultural activities, literary research, and the preservation of the Sundanese language and traditions. His expertise includes construction project management, digital marketing, Sundanese cultural studies and preservation, Sundanese literature writing and translation, and creative content development. With his diverse experience, Nurul Hamdani continues to contribute across professional and social spheres, committed to developing local culture while adapting to technological and industrial advancements.

Diki Sugara is a seasoned professional and practitioner in the field of Information Systems and Technology with an international academic background. He earned his Bachelor's degree in the United States and completed his Master's degree in Australia, specializing in Information Systems and Technology. With a strong academic foundation and cross-country experience, he possesses deep expertise in developing and implementing effective, industry-adaptive information systems. Throughout his career, he has been entrusted with various system development projects, including hospital management systems and enterprise information systems across multiple sectors. His proven ability to design integrated and efficient digital solutions has made him a reliable figure in the professional world. Currently, Diki Sugara serves as a lecturer at Politeknik Mercusuar Ilmu, teaching courses in Information Systems and Technology. With an academic background in Economics (Bachelor of Economics) and a Master’s degree in Management, he has built a strong foundation for a distinguished career in corporate finance. Throughout his professional journey, he has held the position of Finance Director in several companies, showcasing his expertise in financial strategy, budget efficiency, and risk management. His proficiency extends beyond technical knowledge—he is also highly regarded for his vast professional network with well-known companies across the country. Currently serving as a lecturer at Politeknik Mercusuar Ilmu, Deviyadi teaches finance and risk management with a practical and industry-oriented approach.
